儿童保健科

      儿童保健科主要面向广大的儿童青少年群体,针对其生长发育进程中的各种影响因素,提供专业而实用的诊疗措施和指导意见,促进儿童群体身体素质的全面提高,帮助家长们树立正确和科学的育儿观念,及时消除影响孩子们身心健康的因素,为其创造一个良好的生长环境,从而逐步实现传播科学养育观念、提升社会文化内涵、构建和谐融洽家庭环境、提高全人口素质的远期目标。我们的工作在注重儿童生长发育的同时也特别关注其心理行为的发展和社会功能的塑造。尤其是0-3岁的婴幼儿时期,为儿童身心发展的关键期,我们始终遵循儿童生长发育的规律,用全面而综合的发展观,进行专业的行为发育评估和指导,从而充分开发儿童的发展潜能。
  目前儿童保健科主要开展:
1、健康儿童的常规保健,膳食分析,儿童生长发育监测、生长发育障碍、语言发育迟缓的诊治;

2、儿童常见病、多发病(营养不良、佝偻病、缺铁性贫血、小儿厌食症、铅中毒、呼吸道感染、腹泻等)的防治指导;

3、体弱儿、早产儿和内分泌相关疾病(矮小、性早熟、甲状腺功能异常等)的诊治和教养指导;

4、儿童心理行为问题(上学恐怖、学习困难、多动症、情绪问题、自闭症和智力低下等)的诊治和教养指导;

5、儿童早期教育工程:0~6岁儿童大脑发育评估与促进训练指导,引导式教育指导和亲子乐园;

6、学龄期儿童智力和发育综合评估,学习能力和感觉统合训练;

7、中医保健(按摩、捏脊、穴位敷贴和婴儿抚触)、推拿(斜颈、足内翻等的矫治)及婴儿游泳、水疗等健康促进项目。

 

      Dept. Children health care directs at children and adolescents, providing professional and practical guidance to the family, in order to promote the overall improvement ofchildren ,help parents establish correct and scientific concept of child rearing and eliminate the factors that influence children health to creating a favorable environment for child growth. We expect to progressively got some objectives which are dissemination of scientific child care ideas, promotion of  social and cultural connotations, building harmonious family environment, improvement oflife quality of population. We focus on not only the growth of children but also their psychological and behavioral development, especially in 0-3 years, the critical period of children.

Undertaking:

1.Routine care of Healthy children, including dietary analysis, monitoring of child growth and development, diagnosis and treatment of growth and developmental disorders , language retardation;

2.Prevention of children common diseases (malnutrition, rickets, iron deficiency anemia, anorexia, lead poisoning, respiratory infections, diarrhea, etc.)

3.Rearing guidance of frail children, premature children and endocrine-related diseases (nanism, precocious puberty, thyroid dysfunction, etc.)

4.The diagnosis, treatment and correctional guidance of mental problems in children (school refusallearning disability, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder, emotional problems, autism and mental retardation, etc.);

5.Childhood Early Education Project: brain development assessment and promotion coaching, guidance and parents-child interaction Education in0-6 years old children;

6.Intelligenceassessment, learning ability and sensory integration training in School-age children

7.Chinese health care (chiropractic, acupuncture applicator and infant massage), massage (correction of torticollis, varus, ect) and baby swimming, spa and other health promotion programs.
